The Masters in Computer Science is a degree offered by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. It is an one year program offered to students who have earned a, at least four years, university diploma in Computer Science or have already attended the first year of a Masters in Computer Science.

It prepares students for a research career in an academic or private environment or for a professional career in Computer Science. This Masters offers a degree in 2 main areas :
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Area
- Communication Networks and Computer Vision (CNCV) Area
The research activities are undertaken within the Laboratory of Informatics Paris Descartes (LIPADE) or in public or private laboratories. LIPADE is carrying out theoretical and applied research. The domains of competence are currently intelligent agents and multi-agent systems, machine learning, computer vision and image processing, networks, and databases.
